My car seized up in the middle of a junction, as if that wasn't stressful enough, the cso I spoke to Lorraine insisted my car was untaxed ( it was taxed) then told me the recovery people wouldn't take me home, but to a place of safety, when i was literally at the end of my road. She had already asked if there were any medical conditions I had, I said I was diabetic and needed my medication, thankfully I was able to ring my partner at home who was able to bring them, but if I'd have been miles away they wouldn't have taken me home, due to their systems being wrong?
Her attitude was awful, no empathy whatsoever

Have been waiting for my bedroom blind to be fitted for 5 weeks, original fitter who came to measure up jumped on my brand new sofa to measure the window and bust my cushion! Arranged for another fitter to come, so he turns up with the dining room blinds, and no one seems to know where the bedroom blind is! Ive have emailed and rung countless times, no one ever gets back to me. Have had no apology or offer of compensation, fed up....Avoid!

Took my laptop in 10 days ago, was told I would get updates...Nothing! Was told the repair would take 3 days..took 10. finally get home, switch laptop on....exactly the same problem on start up screen! Absolutely nothing has been done, apart from the fact they have charged me £90...disgusting service
