I had Collyn come and measure up and fit my wave curtain and blind. It was a super all round service by him. I'm very pleased with the results.

It is a shame I can't give zero stars

It is a shame I can't give zero stars! I made an order weeks ago and have yet to receive the package. I contacted superdrug customer service to chase it with the email attached from them saying it had been dispatched. They replied asking information that was all in my attached email that I initially sent, which I pointed out! I still haven't received it or a reply so have requested a refund which I hope to receive. Terrible customer service!

I would never use or recommend this company

I ordered a bespoke acrylic photo frame and received two sheets of useless plastic for £85!!
The after sales service is shocking and when they say a manager will deal with you or call, they never do.
I would never recommend this company or use them again. I am still hopeful that I will receive a full refund as I am now taking further action.
Unbelievably they wanted me to return two huge sheets of plastic to them by courier at my expense! Even after I received an email from the company apologising that ordering from them can be confusing. I still have all their correspondence which will be used in my further actions.
