We were time poor but in a relatively good place to buy being in rented accommodation, but also quite new to the area. Tim was super organised, got to know us and our needs quite well, and was very good at pre emptively suggesting stuff to us. Took us to see things we weren't necessarily thinking of but were interesting. Took us to see things which were off market and we eventually succeeded in finding somewhere, which was difficult to manage over a long process but Tim helped us all the way through. Very reassuring presence and always on hand to help.

Used these guys to order a set of champagne to send to friends to celebrate my birthday on zoom...every thing arrived on time, great updates so I could see what was delivered and what was out for delivery and they even worked out missing addresses where friends had given me incomplete details. Would recommend using them and will use them again.

Your website is truly clunky and unhelpful. It crashed four times when I was trying to buy a jumper and then I was charged and sent four jumpers! Properly duff.
