I can't express how grateful I am to Charlotte and her colleagues who dealt with my problem over delivery in a most efficient, expedient and courteous manner. Thanks to them my plans were not disrupted and I did not have to cancel and re-arrange them, which would have involved great inconvenience and cost. Ordered the items online and paid for delivery, then realised Company is in my home town. As it was a 'rush job' a quick phone call and items were ready for collection from the office almost immediately. Delivery charge refunded just as quick. Absolutely hassle-free. Ridiculous customer service. It's a misnomer and a farce. Tracked a parcel, almost to our doorstep, before discovering it was now at a nearby depot due to an address query. One digit wrong in the postcode. Contacted Hermes to explain that the actual address on the parcel was correct and last digit of postcode was incorrect, but so called 'customer service' said to contact the sender of the parcel. In the meantime, Hermes are sending the parcel back as 'undeliverable'. Absolutely incredible!

Excellent customer service. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size quilt. The chat facility was busy, but I was telephoned at home very soon afterwards by Adam who was extremely helpful, explaining in detail the returns process and my nearest 'drop off' location. He also ensured I was re-ordering the correct size! After the call I noticed that Sam had appeared on 'chat' and was checking that my query had been addressed. Great service. The quilt also looks to be of excellent quality and at such a good price. 5 stars.
