Lego Sales

I met Dave today to hand over many beloved sets that unfortunately I needed shifting as we’re moving. He is an outstanding knowledge on all things Lego and what a nice man. Polite and friendly and offered me more than I had expected. Highly recommended.

I tentatively applied for car finance through Zuto and was dealt with by Danny Rowley.
From start to finish Danny was excellent in his handling of my application and finding suitably priced cars for me and I’m chuffed to bits with the way he helped me and the successful outcome.
I can’t thank Danny enough for his assistance.

Super King Size Bed Exchange!

Once again Keen and Able delivered a replacement bed and took the other one away for me, they were absolutely brilliant!! I can't recommend this company and their Delivery Lads highly enough!! No fuss, got on with the job and were great lads too!!

Delivery and Assembly of new Divan Bed.

The lads delivered our new divan bed and headboard this morning, the paperwork didn't show assembly of the new and collection of the old bed due to an error not caused by Keen and Able. I showed the E Mail confirming I had paid for this with the retailer I bought the bed from and they took the bed and headboard upstairs, assembled it and took the rubbish and old bed away with them. Couldn't have asked for more and am very happy with the service these lads and the company provided.

Installation of Rolling Garage Door.

I saw RDC on a social media site, the advert looked just what I needed for my ageing Garage Door. Tentatively made an enquiry which was followed up by a call from their Rep. Appointment made and door paid for then waited for my installation date and still wasn't sure what to expect.
HOWEVER!! I am so pleased with my new door, it has made the front of my house look so much better already, the colour is perfect and it works like a dream!
The fitter, Kieron Claydon did a fantastic job, all I had to do was ply him with tea for the day! Kieron explained everything he was doing when I asked him how he was getting on and demonstrated just how the door works. He cleared up after himself even taking away all the rubbish, old door and frame.
All in all I can honestly say that RDC and their staff have done a fantastic job from start to finish, even better than I expected in these horrible times we're having at the moment.

I would not go anywhere near this lot!

I would not go anywhere near this lot!! The CAA start off by telling you not to entertain any outside bodies in relation to your claim (S) then this lot e mail out of the blue. My claim has been paid but my daughters is yet to be settled, I sent exactly the same information for hers as I did mine yet they're now asking for bank statements for my daughters claim. I didn't have to send them for mine FFS!!!!
The CAA said the claims would be settled by the end of December blah blah blah yet here we are still waiting for our money back. I wouldn't mind if i cancelled the bloody holidays, this lot are crap!!! To round things off nicely too, they have now reset the sixty day nonsense because THEY asked for the bank statements, you could not make it up. Complete bunch of amateurs that tell you on their follow up page that the claim is waiting to be seen by an assessor to decide whether to pay or not, absolutely unbelievable. So if any of you out there are still waiting to be refunded I wouldn't hold your breath.

RUBBISH, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOT AT ALL.

We bought a dining table and chairs for a reduced price for our son and daughter in law. Turned up three days late due to crap delivery company, then when my son opened it all up the chair and table legs legs were rusty and the glass top was chipped. Spent over twenty minutes on hold the first time I rang them listing to the same shit music and excuse about high volume of calls (hardly surprising). Rang again the next day and after a further ten minutes of my life I'll never get back they finally answered. Asked if we would like an exchange!! Dream on!! told them I wanted to return the items and a refund. Then on the morning of the expected pick up I get a form on e mail that I have to fill in and attach to the time before it's returned. Two hopes of that happening as the items are at my sons flat not here. I've now wasted a further ten minutes on hold never to reclaim to speak to them about the returns form. If you do e mail them they don't read the e mail as the woman on the phone the other day said "I'll just read it now" absolutely priceless. Utter shambles and now I'm expecting grief over the refund.

UPDATE, I'VE NOW BEEN ON HOLD FOR THIRTY MINUTES AND STILL NO BLOODY ANSWER.

GIVEN UP NOW AFTER 45 MINUTES ON HOLD, SHOWER OF SHITE.

They have now replied saying sorry for the hold up with the delivery!!! Not even bothered to answer my question as to why we have to fill in a form for a bloody refund when they've had all the details and SIX photographs of the damage previously. Just a scam to keep hold of your money, then we won't get the money until after TEN working days. Yet they took the money immediately when we bought the rubbish. The items are still in the flat awaiting collection by XDP who once again failed to turn up yesterday to collect. There should be a law against this type of firm that bans them from trading, they are truly awful.

ONCE AGAIN A NO SHOW

Furteh to my review earlier this week, once again XDP Pony Express have promised to collect the damaged goods they delivered late and failed to turn up without even a courtesy call. My daughter in law once again stayed in the whole day waiting. My son rang World Stores who promised a collection on Monday now! Couldn't get through to XDP on the phone yet again. UTTER SHIT!

Here we go again, my daughter in law is now in hospital after having the baby and my son is there too. XDP didn't turn up again last Friday (13th), my son managed to get through to the cowboys we bought the item from to be assured that they would collect yesterday (Monday 16th). The usual e mail lie came through saying they would arrive between 1224 and 1524 - guess what? ANOTHER NO SHOW! Had yet another e mail this morning to say they'd be here between 1209 and 1509, my son and his girlfriend will be at the the hospital again so unless the goods are left out in the car park they won't be collected yet again, more inconvenience from both WORLDSTORES and XDP who couldn't run a bloody bath between them and no thought of the grief this is causing us all at this time.

I WANT BLOODY ANSWERS AND MY MONEY BACK.

Hi, Thankyou for updating with your consignment number, I have spoken to the depot to see what the problem was, He did confirm that the driver had been taken ill on friday at such a time that it was too late to arrange a replacement driver. He had originally planned to return on saturday to get all deliveries out but he wasnt well enough.
I do apologise for the delay, unfortunately this was a situation which couldnt be avoided.
I do confirm your delivery will be with you today PM.
