If I could give no stars I would
The service for small businesses is beyond terrible. From call handlers disconnecting the calls when they can’t sort a problem to the endless waits for help, I have never had such terrible service from a company. Then there is the miss selling of product that you don’t need and the hopeless complaints department. I think the whole company is verging on fraudulent.
Only billing seems to have humans who are able and helpful. Go figure.
It is a complete disaster from start to finish. All 3 Directors of our company have special needs and the lack of support and empathy for that has also been shocking. Never never use BT business if you’re a small company that needs any support and help. Never never sign a contract with them. JUST STEER CLEAR!

Lumpy and uncomfortable

The communication was good and the sofa was delivered on time. However this was the 3rd sofa I’ve bought and unlike the other two I must say that this recent purchase of a sofa bed has been disappointing. The cushions are horribly lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. Haven’t used the bed yet but seriously hope it’s better for sleeping than sitting

Don’t like the way they are applying or…

Don’t like the way they are applying or not applying discounts. You think you’re getting one and then it disappears so you suddenly find yourself paying more than you bargained for. Feels dishonest and tricksy. Won’t be buy from them again.

Been a customer since the start and my devotion to weekly deliveries is testament to the 5* service and reliability of Ocado.
