I ordered 2 glasses for click and…

I ordered 2 glasses for click and collect. They were available for immediate collection. I paid online but found that when I collected in store they had a 10% discount which was not applied to the order. This seems unfair when collecting items that are in stock in the store.

Prompt response from customer service…

Sadly the first set of lampshades that I received were damaged but a very prompt response from customer service meant that the replacements arrived the next morning. The new ones were perfect. I will definitely use the company again as the have a great choice of lights and accessories and fast delivery coupled with a very efficient customer service should there be any problem.

Poor product and customer service

When my roman blind arrived the fabric used was completely different to the sample. The sample fabric felt smooth where as the supplied blind has a rough texture. The base fabric is clearly different. The pattern printed on the fabric is the same design as the sample but the colours are different due to the difference in base material.. The print on the supplied blind is much brighter and the blue colour in some of the flowers in the sample are now black.. This was not the fabric that I ordered and was expecting.I contacted customer service with photos of the sample and supplied blind. Several days later I received a reply saying that the photos will be sent to the production department and I should have a reply in 48 hours. A week later I contacted them as I had heard nothing. 2 days later I had a reply saying that the production team had said there was only a slight variation and offered me a 15% refund. I replied that day pointing out that the difference in fabric was not minor but both texture / fabric and depth of colour were different. I had ordered the blind on the day I received the sample ( as the company suggest should colour be important ) and expected a near match to the sample. I also refused the 15% refund and asked for a replacement blind in the same fabric as the sample. It is now a week since sending that reply and I have not had a response. Very poor customer service.
Update
Once I had posted a review on Trustpilot I had a very swift response from Beth who worked hard to find a resolution and eventually I accepted a partial refund.

Fast service and beautifully printed hardback book

I wanted to compile a photo diary of a trip to New Zealand but when I put it into a word document I realised that it would be nearly 600 pages. I was amazed at the quality of the hardback book that Doxdirect printed for me. It is a lovely souvenir of my trip. Thank you.

We could not fault the company from start to finish. Fantastic.

We could not fault the company from start to finish. Online ordering was easy but when we had any queries these we answered promptly. The units are ready assembled and come with all you need to install them including the very thoughtful addition of a box labelled "fitting kit"- a box of Yorkshire tea and biscuits. The units and doors are very good quality and there is a wide range of different sized units to fit every space and requirement. There is a large range of door designs too. Delivery was efficient and as arranged. We have recommended the company to many people and I am sure they will be just as pleased as we were.
