NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY

⁸Because of huge operational losses, PostNord no longer sends packages to our homes. They deliver to 'package centers,' reducing their logistical costs. It's tedious and puts responsibility squarely on the customer to fetch their packages. So, I give PostNord a 2 out of 5. They need to figure out how to make money wirhout State support, and with a customer friendly strategy. Then we will like PostNord far more!

Barely knocked on the door, and did not leave the package where instructed (back door if no one was home). But, it came as advised.

Plastic, and No one knocked!!??

No one knocked at the door, at least not loud enough to hear. We have a heavy metal knocker. They just left the package in front of the door sending an SMS. Sloppy!! Then, while the whole world is concerned with plastic, they pack each parcel in a plastic bag!! Very callous, albeit easier for them! Bad policies in BOTH cases. I won't choose this carrier if I can avoid it.

dao delivers packages at night and in the early morning hours. Our courier is therefore instructed not to ring the doorbell or knock on the door, because we do not want to distrub you in middle of the night

In this case, the sender of the package has used daoHOME, where we deliver the package to the mailbox or in a bag on the door that leads directly into your home.

I would kindly ask to contact your sender if you have not been informed of this.

ALT for mange reklamer

ALT for mange reklamer. Vi bruges til reklameindtægter. Og ALT for mange spildte kanaler. EN kanal alene for gamle re-runs af 'Mash,' der spilles hele tiden, og 10-15 kanaler til tegnefilm for born!?!
Helt urimeligt. Vanvittigt. Prisen i betragtning, Allente skulle benævnes 'Elendige.'

Det kunne være langt bedre.

Crazy package pickup! 🤦‍♂️

The product I bought worked, but instead of the package coming to my home as it should have, it was sent to some women's Cosmetics shop for pickup. Crazy! I had to wait forever while each woman tried cosmetics. Not fun. Such a small item should just have been put in my mailbox! 🤦‍♂️

Crazy delivery solution!! 👈

A tiny package with an SD chip, packed in plastic - 😖 - and should be slipped into my mailbox. Instead, it's sent to a cosmetics shop where I have to wait for various women to get beauty goods (like, forever!), to pick this up? Bad experience. Ok, this is not 'Bring' who decided not to deliver to my door. That was 24hshop, who indicated home delivery but took the cheap route to a package shop. But 'Bring' found a cosmetics store needing supplemental income. It's NOT a suitable place as there are many women needing to be served, and finally one can fetch a parcel. The whole thing is unsuitable.
PS: They wrote back that it's a pickup parcel. But that is NOT adequately described. The game is to get folks to order. So, issues of relevance are not disclosed fully. Crazy place to pickup.

The package I received SHOULD gave come…

They asked for a review so...The package I received SHOULD have come to my HOME. It did not! Was sent to a package shop. My evaluation? Not good.

Vendors are all told we don't purchase if they pack in plastic. So they pack in paper. Then DAO puts PLASTIC BAGS around EVERY parcel they transport!! We do not select DAO until they STOP USING PLASTIC bags! Do the same.

Booking was problem free, and prices competitive. So far, so good! :)

I am booking a car for 2 weeks with CarJet in Chania for the 28th June. Insurance was expensive, the car not. I have not yet picked up the car. CarJet's location at the airport, the condition of the car, etc. is as yet unknown. Yet, they ask for a Trust Pilot review. Odd. Well, the booking process was easy. Their price competitive. Problem free so far. I'll update this review in June-July when I picked up the car!! Until then...be well!!

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

I made a money transfer yesterday with AZIMO. When the recipient traveled 30 mins to pick up the money, all agents claimed a REFERENCE CODE wa required. Only a TRANSFER CODE was issued. No 'reference code' was issued. The money was NOT being released. A wasted trip and SO irritating. Azimo held my money interest free for a day. A day later, Azimo asks for further ID from me - info which was NOT asked for in the initial documentation phase! Just amateur, and irritating for the recipient!! These people are brokers for iRemit, and send generic excuses for poorly set up registrations for a transfer. DON'T USE THIS MONEY TRANSFER CARRIER!!!

Very good. Very helpful.

Expensive but good. I asked their help in trying to find suitable Clips, as their search engine requires very specific terminology. 'Madita' was extremely effective & helpful in using their search engine for our needs, and really came up with the goods time and time again. So, ultimately you get what you pay for. There was a clip we needed that the photographer had priced very high. I asked him to reduce the price and he did! So, I have a positive customer experience with Pond5. Absolutely positive!

PACKS EACH PARCEL IN PLASTIC!!

Verg fast. They do their job. BUT they take cardboard packages being sent and pack each one in PLASTIC bags!! They gov't put a huge tax on plastic bags to reduce the use of them, and DAO packs each and EVERY small parcel in it's own plastic bag. I avoid every carrier who isn't helping to fix the crap problem! Write and tell them and don't use their services until they fix it!!

They sell at TWICE the price!!

They sell at TWICE the price! Attempting to appeal to a growing elite market of whisky collectors, these guys are a direct rip off. They do have some unique bottlings, adding lovely labels, and can thus charge huge prices for being 'esoteric.' But bottles that can be bought at ANY well supplied whisky shop (i.e. Ardberg Corrywecken, Highland Park Dragon Legend, etc. etc.) are sold at simply EXORBITANT prices!! Check OTHER sites before buying, if you don't want to pay the double, plus shipping!!

Great insurance company, BUT!!

Great insurance co BUT, their telephone system puts you on a pre-recorded navigation pathway that takes up to 2 MINUTES before you speak with a relevant service person! That's TOO LONG, too pedantic, and too frustrating. It's a NEGATIVE customer experience. Given how trustworthy and helpful the actual company is, I think it's a function they must reconsider!! 👈

PS: I got a response from Købstædernes insurance co. It questioned whether I used the correct telephone number when calling them!! 🧐

In fact, not only did I call the right number (my phone automatically times the call until I got connected to a service person), but I spoke to that person about the long waiting time, and the frustratingly long recording before I spoke to her.

SHE recommended that I make a Trustpilot review, pointing out that such a review would guarantee an immediate response!

That response should NOT, however, divert or questioning the accuracy of the complaint. It should have the sole purpose of addressing the complaint, and FIXING THE PROBLEM, so your professional and private clients don't have to spend their valuable minutes waiting for personal treatment of their calls and queries! 👈

I know this proberbly is a silly question, but are you sure, that you called the correkt number?.. To be shure, I just tried calling ower costumerservice number my self, and it took 23 secunds to get threw the navigation pathway. We have not had this complaint before. On the contrary, we mostly get praises for ower availability on the phones. Ofcourse, there are few exeptions, but it is rarely the case.
That being said, I am glad to hear, that the service we afterwards do provide is both trustworthy and helpful.
I trust and hope, that the navigation pathway will be much shorter next time.

Very quick service

Very quick service. Too many follow up sales mails, but I cannot fault the speedy delivery. (They explain the snowstorm of daily mails, that I can just 'unsubscribe.' Duh! Or direct to spam, which I did. But, why all the aggressive sales mails? It's a put off that reduces the positive experience).

Madrassen havde en dårlig lugt i starten...

Madrassen havde en ganske dårlig lugt i ugevis. Men det forsvandt. Firmaet i Danmark, og især deres manager, var meget hjælpsom og tilbød to puder i erstatning. Madrassen var 2 x 2 meter - en en mærkelig størrelse for Europa - og måske havde den ligget på lager, i sin plastikvakuumpakken i lang tid. Under alle omstændigheder er madrassen god. Ret solid og alligevel blød. Bortset fra den oprindelige lugt, jeg anbefaler den. Vi var også meget tilfreds med den service og hurtig respons, vi fik fra virksomheden.
Det var en meget positiv oplevelse.
