NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY
⁸Because of huge operational losses, PostNord no longer sends packages to our homes. They deliver to 'package centers,' reducing their logistical costs. It's tedious and puts responsibility squarely on the customer to fetch their packages. So, I give PostNord a 2 out of 5. They need to figure out how to make money wirhout State support, and with a customer friendly strategy. Then we will like PostNord far more!
