Worst company I have ever dealt with.
I paid for items online and received nothing. After waiting 30 days I have contacted my credit card company for a chargeback.
No response to emails or phone, absolutely disgraceful and still items appear for sale. I smell a scam, trading standards is my next port of call.

Ordered two items on-line. First item 'missed the post' and had to be sent a day later. Second item was not sent on the day advised and I wasted a day waiting in for the item. That item was then sent second class (when delivery information clearly states all items sent Special Delivery). Tracking information should be sent so the customer can view delivery progress or change the delivery date if necessary. Customer service was prompt and courteous.

I have used Park Cameras over many years. They are very competitive with their pricing on new, the second hand gear is very accurately described and very good value. I am very pleased with my Sony A7, it is like new!

I paid £55 for a Boccia titanium bracelet and received a stainless steel one with no Boccia stamp, disappointed I returned the bracelet, only to be stuck in customs for 3 weeks, Holland Watch company didn't collect it so it was sent back to me. Frustrated, I resent the bracelet and eventually got a refund for the bracelet and the cost of returning the item twice. To be fair, customer service were helpful but the postal service was a nightmare it took 7 weeks to get a refund!

I received an item that was clearly returned by another buyer as it had scuffs, Sportsbikeshop initially said there would be no more stock for months yet next day there was stock showing on their website. I complained and got a replacement within a couple of days after I requested a returns label.
I wish I had checked Sportsbikeshop eBay store feedback as reboxing returns seems common practice. I have had several purchases from Sportsbikeshop with no problems but this one left me with my confidence shaken with the company. No apologies, caveat emptor!
