Fishbox arrives on the date it's supposed to. Fish is absolutely lovely and always nice to see what is in the box aside from the extras I order. Especially now you have fresh Pollock on the menu!
It would be really helpful on the website to say which fish is farmed overseas, particularly things like Bream from Turkey. I'd really rather keep to British waters fish as much as possible. Some squid would be brilliant too. Thanks

Unfortunately, despite being a 'packaging' company, the packaging the bags were sent in wasn't up to scratch. Must have fallen apart in transit because it was a mess on delivery and DPD (presumably) had to tape it all up. Still not sure I got the full 1,000 10"x10" kraft bags, but short of counting - life's too short! I've not had this problem before so a slight disappointment Carrier Bag Shop. Also, please use Royal Mail. They at least know where we live and are prepared to come down our drive. The DPD driver took 6 attempts to finally make the delivery and on one occasion he just drove off having spoken to my neighbour as to where we were! Not a good service.

I have never come across such a poor company for customer services. The phone lines are no longer responding and neither are they responding to emails to customer services. For a German company it's appalling. My order was supposedly completed on 21/11/22 and it's still not arrived, via Evri, or Hermes in all but name, another useless company. I needed the underwear for my 94 year old mother and she'll be dead before it arrives. If you need to buy Sloggi underwear get it from a reputable company like John Lewis. They've also had my money since 28/11/22. I certainly won't ever be using Sloggi products again.

Matt was really helpful in solving the size problems of my chosen walking shoes, Merrells, the smaller ones which I was returning. He knew what was in stock, was knowledgeable and cheerful, and treated me as a woman who knows about walking shoes, which unfortunately could not be said for the younger members of staff on duty in the boot area. They were sullen and unsmiling. They need to undertake some customer service training because being unsmiling and uninterested doesn't cut the mustard in sales!

I bought what I thought would be longer knee highs for my elderly Mum who wanted something to go over the knees. So whilst they are supposedly for long tall people they still only came up to the knee and Mum is only about 5ft! Not a good description of the item sadly so they'll get used for supporting my squash in the garden.

Great to find a product that doesn't involve plastic. So simple to use. Would be nice to know whether the leaves are biological or non-bio. I have a septic tank and prefer non-bio so that info on the website would be useful.

Great product. Earbuds a bit uncomfortable. Proper headphones would be better, like the original Walkman Cassette players came with.

Super bag as usual. Just how many colours can one justify having!!

Really good quality, robust collapsible storage crates and excellent as a laundry basket which is what one will be used for. And not made in China!

Parcel delivered on the day stated and in good condition.

Would have given 5 stars, but the first time the product was sent out, it was broken on arrival. Just not enough padded packaging for the item sent which is a hard plastic and a bit brittle if dropping or damaged which is was. However, once photo's had been sent, Physioroom had a replacement out the next day so very quick efficient service.

Exactly what I ordered. Bags are good. Trouble with the courier used. Shame more companies don't use Royal Mail. At least they know where people live in rural areas.

This might have been in the men's section but it's a wonderful fragrance. Lovely and woody.
