Has been my GOTO store for many months…

Has been my GOTO store for many months however it is now telling me it cannot ship to my address in Scotland?
Really hope this is a temporary glitch?
Emailed helpline and used store help too, nothing, found a cheaper alternative luckily, would have been nice to just have some clarification that they no longer deliver to Scotland after being a loyal customer for so long.

Fragrances are nice but staff not…

Fragrances are nice but staff not treated well, they exploit the young ones, make them work long hours then "forget" to pay them.

Taken £60 from me

The utilita app suggested I connected to my WiFi, I did this, before doing so I was over £80 in credit which on adding up is about right. It immediately took me to £22. I panicked and added £20 more which didn't go on, I am now worried sick that I will run out.
So many problems all the time, I am disabled and find this heart breaking.

awful company, don't trust!

I ordered an £80 tee shirt for my son in law, waited 8 days with no contact, on the 9th day I emailed to ask for an update and was told sorry out of stock and refund will take 4-5 days
It's Christmas, disgusting service

Smart meters totally offline

Smart meters totally offline, waiting on both phone and app to speak to someone to help, meters have been like this for so long, I can't top up at all, nobody seems to care! So much for helping people. I am at a loss

Cruel to the vulnerable

Applied for warm home discount as I am disabled, was told unsuccessful due to DWP stating I do not receive the qualifying benefits, Spoke to DWP who said they had NEVER told that to Utilita and I most certainly do qualify, emailed Utilita but ignored.. terrible service to the vulnerable

amazing

I don't know very much about whisky but wanted to get my dad a single malt for his birthday.
I found the site very informative and the prices very reasonable... the best part was the smile on my dad's face when the parcel arrived. He assures me it is wonderful!!
