Good low cost postal service. Came within the estimated delivery time and was easily collected from the local shop.

Paid for next day delivery and it turned up three days later.

Paid for next day delivery and it turned up three days later, with the courier admitting that next day delivery was not an option in our area. They did reimburse us for the next day delivery fee but the point is that we only chose them because they offered the next day delivery option. Not happy.

Disappointed no Meerschaum insert.

I like the concept and the pipe is ok. However I wanted a bowl with a Meerschaum insert and thought that this was what I selected, so was disappointed to find that it didn’t have one. Website should be more clear as to what must be done to select a bowl with an insert.
The website still describes the bowl as having an insert, even giving the dimensions with insert included. That and the accompanying blurb leads to the impression that the meerschaum option is available.

I can see you have purchased a Falcon pipe bowl that is not lined with Meerschaum. The bowl you have purchased is as described on our website and doesn't indicate that it is lined with Meershaum. We used to sell Meerschaum-lined bowls; however, sadly, these were discontinued a while ago due to the nationwide shortage of Meerschaum.
We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the bowl you ordered. If you are not happy, you can return it for a refund under our no-quibble returns policy.

Anything but Free

Company is called Freeradiocodes but turns out there is nothing free about it, you have to pay just like with any other company if you actually want the code (the free part appears to be the message stating that there is a code available), £15.19 in this case. Don’t put free in your name if the service is not free ‘cause that only annoys folk (me in this case).

Good retailer let down by bad Courier

Millets were excellent despite being let down badly by their couriers who simply failed to deliver the item for well over a week. Millets - Excellent, unfortunately EVRI shockingly poor.

Next day means next week!?

Never ask for a review for a desperately needed item that’s two days past it’s advertised delivery date. Especially when the request comes immediately after an email from the couriers advising that it won’t be arriving today either.
Very disappointed.

Great on price and delivery

Very happy with the price and service. Cost less than the manufacturer was charging and managed to deliver the item in a couple of days to a location that the manufacturer claimed was too rural (Aberdeen!!?). Will use again.

Very un user friendly

I was travelling abroad and could not top up my mobile. Eventually had to borrow a phone and make several calls to Mobile Topup and my Bank before being informed that I could now top up, I couldn't and had to start the whole process again.
