First time purchasing a bike from Ribble and couldn’t fault them. Bike was delivered to the north east of Scotland in 2 days and delivery cost was extremely reasonable compared to another company that I had used recently! Bike was as described and I’m looking forward to getting out for a spin on it!

Excellent service from the company. Been using my FLOW headset for 5 weeks and can honestly say that it has improved my mental health. I can’t say that I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my mood, but I’m feeling, and noticing subtle improvements to my overall mood. I feel more motivated and positive about getting things done- 5 weeks ago I just couldn’t be bothered to do anything that used to make me happy. I am gradually improving week by week, and I hope that this continues the longer I use it. I would (and have) recommended FLOW headsets. Just like everything in life, not everyone has the same positive experience as me but I’d say it’s worth trying out for yourself.
Amazing service!! Ordered my running shoes late afternoon on the Friday and couldn’t believe they were delivered at 9.30am the next day!! Never had such amazing experience from a running store before but would highly recommend them!!!
I bought the GLP-1 weight management patches on pre order after reading all the social media hype about these amazing patches.
I was hoping that they would reduce my food cravings- unfortunately they had the opposite effect!- I used them for a week and placed them on different areas, but they just made me absolutely ravenous for junk food!
I have to say- I’m really disappointed overall with all the patches that I’ve tried as I really wanted them to work!!
I’ve tried the menopause patches for 3 months and not noticed any difference. The energy patches- no difference. The stress-down patches- no difference.
The only ones that I could honestly say that i noticed a slight improvement would be the extra strong sleep patches. I did feel hungover in the morning though!
I’m really disappointed overall with these products and, unless my food cravings stop after a longer period of using the GLP-1 patches, I wouldn’t recommend them unfortunately.

Another positive experience using AO- used these guys for years and always had fabulous experience! Great deals and next day delivery options- ensured minimal disruption when my old washing machine died lol 😂 Highly recommend AO!
Ordered 2 of these “indestructible “ dog toys for my Labradors. Waited ages for them to arrive and they’re absolutely rubbish! Look like something that you get from 99p shop! And surely that’s breaking trading standards by saying it’s “indestructible “ my dogs destroyed them in 20 minutes! Absolute joke!
I was recommended this company by my plastic surgeon. I had abdominoplasty and liposuction and needed a suit that provided me with the best compression and comfort required for a smooth recovery after my surgery. I opted for the legged bodysuits with side zips as I thought they would be the best choice for my post op recovery. Unfortunately it was too painful and a two person job to get in and out of the suit in the first few days and even after two weeks post op! I ended up having to purchase two of the leotard type suits with the chest zip. This was much much easier to get on and much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. These suits aren’t cheap and I spent a fortune on 4 in total! I know that there are cheaper options available from other companies, but I personally wanted to get the best that I could if it make my recovery journey easier, after spending all that money to have the procedures done. Only issue I had with quality of one of the leotard suits being a small hole appeared on the buttock area- with no obvious reasons. I contacted customer services and had a reply extremely quickly and a replacement suit was arranged to be dispatched to me ASAP. Two days later I had the replacement suit do I couldn’t be happier with the service from the company!

Seems to be a pattern here! Bought one of their £20 self inflating balls for my Labrador. It arrived with the seams already open and not properly sealed. Took photos to send company and emailed them as soon as it arrived. That was 10 days ago and heard nothing! Rubbish ball and even worse customer services! Waste of money
Have to say I was really disappointed with customer service. Bought an ex demo road bike and never received any confirmation- so didn’t know if I had actually bought it! It had been confirmed by bank that they had been paid but I had nothing from px. The telephone number is a joke- constantly “busy” - so I tried every form of contact- WhatsApp, Instagram, messenger, Twitter and their own “chat” Eventually got a response from their chat, asking me to confirm my address and postcode- which I did immediately. Never received anything back for hours and hours because I had messaged to say I’d be cancelling the order if i didn’t know what the status was with my order, and I would get a bike elsewhere. Then late afternoon I got a message saying my order would hopefully be dispatched that afternoon for Monday delivery (£25 for “next day”)- I had bought it on Thursday evening. I messaged them again on the Saturday and asked if there was tracking on the delivery- I was informed FedEx would send me this. I replied saying I had absolutely nothing from FedEx (and there was nothing in my spam mailbox either) Got nothing back! Monday morning arrived and I messaged them on their chat and asked if they could contact FedEx with tracking details, so i could arrange for someone to be at home to sign for it. Got messaged back to be told they had no contact with FedEx and to check on my account for delivery details. Monday came and went- no bike (as it seemingly missed the Friday delivery!) Tuesday came and I messaged to see what the status was on my bike- nobody bothered to respond. FedEx showed it was out for delivery all day- it never arrived! By Wednesday I was seriously getting fed up- £25 for next day delivery and this was now 6 days and still no bike! Messaged them again and asked where was my bike as I’d paid for next day delivery- which was turning into nearly a week! Nobody bothered to reply again! My bike was eventually delivered at 2pm on Wednesday. Very pleased with my bike which was great- but omg PX you seriously need to sort out your customer service issues. My hubby purchased his first TT bike from PX 12 years ago with absolutely no problems,and we have bought numerous accessories and clothing in the past- unfortunately my experience this time hasn’t been so good unfortunately.

I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with the service provided. Please note that our customer service opening times are 8am to 6pm, if you contact us outside of these hours, regardless of which channel you use, realistically you won't receive a response until customer services reopens. All of your queries were answered on this basis. I appreciate that waiting for a response after hours can be frustrating however unfortunately we are just not able to man customer services on a 24 hour basis.
I have noted that your review claims that we advised that we were unable to give you tracking details, however having looked at the messages this is untrue, perhaps matters got confused, we did advise that we were not able to change a delivery date for you once the order was out for delivery, which unfortunately is the case, apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
We apologise for the late delivery, we will of course take that up with the delivery company and review our internal systems and procedures to ensure that this does not occur in future.
Absolutely love this company for buying my running shoes! Always fab prices and excellent service! Just bought 5 pairs of Altra running shoes as superb deals! Recommended these guys to all my work colleagues and friends!
Ordered a smart hula on the Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday evening- so no issues with delivery. The issue I did have was that the actual smart hula - even with the 2 extra links on it was still too small for me. Now I don’t consider myself to being a big girl but I needed to order another 2 links so it was big enough for me! Was absolutely gutted because I was so psyched up to get going with my fitness routine and when it wouldn’t go round my 32” waist I was devastated 😫 I also tried to use their 10% discount code that they had included in the hula box but when I tried to use it I was told it was invalid! Did email them but no response as yet!
I purchased 2 bottles of the rtd banana and chocolate shakes to try. The first thing I noticed with the banana flavour, was the colour of the shake- greeny yellow! I assume this is due to the pea protein ingredient, but put me off the shake before I had even tasted it! I took 3 sips of it and the rest went down the sink! Worst tasting meal replacement drink I’ve ever tried. Chocolate was slightly better but I won’t be buying any more.

I bought 3 of these large candles in a month- so £100 of candles. 2 were perfect but the 3rd one- Love Game wasn’t the nicest smelling, but it burned down 1/3 and then both wicks disappeared and I couldn’t light them again! Very disappointed as these are expensive candles! 😢
Purchased 6 online healthcare courses- depth of course is ok but yes there are typos and the automated voice-over is irritating! I completed my first course on pain management 5 weeks ago- submitted my assessment and I’m still waiting to receive my certification! Check on my account and it hasn’t even logged the course has been started- let alone completed! Disappointed ☹️
