They charge me 3000kr/year more in admin fees than what they told me on the phone.
When I was considering converting a company plan to a private one with them I talked in the phone with 3 or their workers, and all told me the same admin costs and confirmed them when I repeated the amount back to them. I decided to go with them, but when the charges started they were 3000kr/year *more* than what they had told me. When I called them they just told me that "it is what it is", and that I could complain. So I did, and they just told me they answered they are in the right. So I asked for the call recordings in which they had told me the price, they rejected to provide those, but they agreed to provide transcripts of them. When the transcripts arrived, the segments in which they told me the price and I was asking for explicit confirmation repeating the number back to them, were redacted as "inaudible".
So I can hardly recommend them to anybody.

Got what I ordered delivered very fast.
As good as I could have expected.

I have bought quite many times from them and have had no issues. I got what I ordered delivered very fast delivery, and well packed.

Ordered a couple of times from them, got what I ordered delivered the next day without any issues.
I can't ask for more.

The manufacturer does not produce anymore the product I ordered with the same product name, but he called me right away to give me the option to get a fully equivalent one from the same manufacturer if I wanted. Which I accepted and got delivered the day after.
So really good and fast service.

Unfortunately they are a phising company who just tries to collect information about you and then forward it to spammers/scammers/more phisers.
Do not click on any link, and do not provide any information to them.

I bought 4 tyres and mounting on the old rims with new valves.
I'm certain one of the valves was not changed, and likely neither the other 3*.
The tyres had been in storage 1.5 years**

* It takes 10 seconds extra to replace a valve when the tyre is off, and a valve costs <2kr to Thansen... Doing it later when the tyre is on requires as much work as replacing a tyre.
** Tyre rubber deteriorates with time.

Personnel and doctors are very pleasant.
But I came out without a proper diagnosis.
I got a visit with one specialist, a really long wait until the specialist looked at the tests results, and after a one way written communication from the specialist about her conclusion. No option for follow up, no further discussion, no further diagnosis.
Now my health insurance company just thinks the matter is closed, and I still have the same health problem, but one month has passed, and it has worsened.
At least I got the results from the tests (in sundhed.dk) so I can take them to another hospital/doctor.

It was delivered to a different pakkeboks than ordered (850m away and with limited opening hours).
Otherwise it was very fast.

Very fast and as ordered

I bought a hyndeboks based on their catalogue information, it does not fulfil it.
a) The box inner space is 39 litres smaller than advertised, and the inner dimensions nowhere what is claimed. There is no possible excuse for that.
b) The quality is dismal. 1. It has "wheels" which barely can be turned with no load; and are not fit for any purpose. 2. It is full of plastic mould overflows, many sharp enough to cut the user. 3. The lid does not hold itself open. 4. The tolerances are very bad so assembling it is a painful process 5. it claims to be specified for 150Kg, it will doubtless break much earlier than that.
Selling something like this is shameful, and a waste of time for your customers. This product does not belong in a shop shelf, and much less advertised as what it is not.

Update: I returned it to one of their shops and the clerk returned the money without any fuss.

Fast and as ordered

A little bit slower to deliver than they expected, but within reason given that it was an item they did not have in local stock, and they kept updating about the delay.

The not so good:
The notification that it was ready for pickup took 3 hours after it was there.
The good:
The package arrived without any damage and was delivered fast

I got what I ordered, delivered fast and in perfect condition.

Rust (coming from the inside) appeared on my car hatch door, around the numberplate lights, after around 9 years. Clearly because it was not built to last the 12 years covered by the rust warranty.
I send them an email with pictures, they ignored it. So I went there physically and they looked at it. They tried to find silly excuses to not cover it, after some back and forth their last word was simply "We won't pay for the fix. You can try to get it covered from Skoda Danmark on your own."
From Skoda Brondby the rust warranty is just false advertisement.

I had stopped servicing the car with them after 4 years.
Before they failed to diagnose an elongated camshaft chain: I needed to ask them three times in the same service to check it, so they would finally check it and acknowledge that it was indeed a problem. (Maybe the reason why they did not, even that I explicitly told them about the issues it was causing, was because they did not want to cover it under warranty either(?), and instead were hoping that time enough would pass so they could claim it was out of warranty(?)).

2 months after the 4 year service, the back brakes started failing badly.. Another workshop looked at them, and it was clear it was a problem that had been building up over time. Which just gives a clear indication that in Skoda Brøndby's "service" they don't even look at safety critical parts of the car, but charge you like if they did.

Got what I ordered. Fast delivery. Nothing to complain about.
