First time and not impressed

Used for the first time today and not impressed. I don’t want to use autopay because if I sell the car, I don’t want to pay for parking for someone else because I forgot to cancel.

You can only pay on the website (no app needed apparently!). The website is poor. You have to manually add card information each time you parkand it’s not compatible with browsers that can put this in for you. No support for Apple or Google pay for quick convenience either.

No App that would be quick and convenient to store different vehicles and perhaps payment information.

What were Festival Place thinking using a company stuck in the past.

They do have payment machines but they are not any improvement.

I hope they improve things soon

Felt Valued as a Customer from a great Company

This is the second time I have purchased a car from Eden Vauxhall in Reading. Both times I have left there feeling valued and looked after. Not more that you would expect, you might say. When I visited the dealership in Basingstoke, I was made to feel like I was wasting their time despite the fact that I had the cash in the bank ready to purchase that a car that day! I was served by James the first time and Sam for the most recent experience. I highly recommend this branch of Eden and if this is the experience across the brand, then I recommend Eden as a whole.

Once set up, it’s quick and easy. I have purchased 3 keys for windows 10 pro and the 2nd and third were completely painless and worked.

The first one was finicky as I had to provide some ID.

Once you get registered properly, the process is pain free and easy. Literally within a couple of minutes you have the key.

AVOID ARCHOS - Hideous non-existent customer service.

0 stars isn't possible so I had to choose 1 star.Possibly the worst customer service of any company I have ever had to deal with. When I say the worst I mean it's non-existent. I returned a tablet to them in Nov 2019. I got an email saying they have received the item. A month passed so I tried to contact them by their online form. Auto-response received back saying I would hear within 2 days. A week later, nothing so I contacted them again. Again, no response. I managed to find a after-sales number in London. They advised that the Tablet needed replacing but they had no replacements. He said they usually wait for supplies or send an alternative. He said that he would email them to contact me. Just before new year and I still not heard anything so I emailed and called again. The people on the phone said that they had not heard either. They will email again for me. They gave me alternative email addresses. I tried them and failed. They gave me the number to call in France. It is just a loop. Choose English, choose customer service it then goes back to choose English........

It is now 29th January and I have still heard nothing. For the love of god, avoid Archos products because if they go wrong you have got no chance in resolving your issue. They are a joke of a company. My company will be pursuing them legally now.

Nkt as instant as I was led to believe...

I went with this company as it advertised instant access to purchased activation key. I had to go through a simple process to confirm my ID which didn’t work and failed twice saying the code didn’t match when it did. As this didn’t work I had to then go through a much more convoluted process emailing proof of ID. I then had to wait another 12 hours for this to be confirmed. All that said, customer services were very responsive and helpful. The key worked with no issues and I would still recommend this company even though it didn’t go smoothly, they were keen to resolve the problem. Thank you.

Good value and support (Order 400023523)

have used this company before and their aftercare support is generally very good. They have a dedicated support website and you usually get a response within 24 hours.

I do have problems with their website and Internet explorer 9. It sometimes loses your shopping basket when you go to pay or when you click a link, it returns to the homepage.

This order was done using Safari on IPad and went completely smoothly and the PayPal integration is always handy to speed up the process.
