I would recommend staying well clear of using Parcel2go for european deliveries. They own DPD and they are the worst provider. We returned a mattress to Italy. Next thing we know an email to inform me it is
1) Held at customs
2) Damaged
3) 6-8 weeks to be returned to me.
I followed everything parcel2go said to the letter. They are quick to take your money, but slow to provide proper service. There is no customer service, only a clueless text person no option to speak to someone. This has been stressful and frustrating.

Good bunch of guys with professional knowledge and time to see you right. No hard sale but good prices and trustworthy advice. They also do trials on more expensive gear which is great. My choice for audio gear.

Contractor was rather awkward and difficult when I asked her to send my EPC certificate by telephone. Turned out I needed to email her to confirm that she should send it to me, but communication was not great. It was the cheapest option I found but I guess you get what you pay for.

I ordered and paid for my items to click and collect. I then called the store to tell them i would be there before 5pm.
I got there at 4:53 and the shop was closed and the door locked. I saw a worker still in the store room so knocked on the door. The manager finally appeared at 4:58pm only to tell me they 'closed at 4:50pm and that i was too late and that they close at 4:50pm' (despite the shop opening times clearly being list as 5pm close).
I explained what had happened, and had to strongly argue my case for some time before he eventually agreed to re-open and allow me to take my purchases away. The gear was for a paid session the next day, hence me needing it the day before. I suggested to him that they advertised closing times at 4:50pm so save on grief, to which he did not agree.
A small point but one which seemed a little awkward and one Studiospares might like to address in the future.
