When I first wrote your company I really did not have too high of expectations at all. Boy! What a surprise your company gave me. A renewed faith in superior customer service. I was about to give up and glad I did not do it. You wrote me so many emails giving me instructions on how to fix the problem and when it did not get resolved you sent me a new 15 ft. umbrella for free.
