The staff were courteous, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the issues with my car, showing genuine concern for my safety and understanding of the situation. Although they weren’t able to resolve all of the issues initially due to limited access to certain parts from their suppliers, they kept me fully informed and offered helpful guidance. Once I was able to source the necessary repairs elsewhere, I returned and they promptly completed my wheel alignment to a high standard. I really appreciated their honesty, communication, and customer-focused approach, highly recommended.
