I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Jane who helped me in the store today. She was incredibly friendly, chatty, and genuinely helpful — nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare these days to come across someone who clearly enjoys their job and makes customers feel so welcome. She turned what could’ve been a quick errand into such a pleasant experience.
