Really bad experience so far!. It has been more than 35 days since my order # 200219521942, (placed on 22nd August 2025), has been cancelled and approved for refund on 17 th September 2025. And even after repeated emails, and Whatsapp messages, there have been minimal response - ( email responses include pitching alternate options to the e-bike that was ordered and cancelled and whatsapp response initially said they are looking at why my refund is not processed and it is now complete radio silence since 7th October 2025). The order was cancelled because they could not deliver the e-bike within 4 weeks.
