Incompetent Verification Team
Since the end of August I have been trying to verify my account here before I play or make any purchase. After the normal process that never fails any other sweeps site, I am accused of account sharing and that the verification process was done by someone who is not the rightful account holder.
I made the account, for myself, and was never even able to play due to failed verification. There was no such account sharing. I literally sent them MY ID a picture of MY FACE with my name for my personal use on JefeBet.
This process was repeated manually a 2nd time and support said my account would be verified after that, as long as I agreed to understand ToS and no account sharing, which I never did.
Days go by, it is now October 21st and instead of verifying me, they send the same warning with this time a *final warning* subtext to stop account sharing even though I was never able to play ever on my own account as myself. Joke of a site and joke of a support!!
