Thank you for your feedback. It appears that you ordered a replacement (non-original) Bluetooth remote control, but unfortunately received the standard version without Bluetooth.

We sincerely apologize for this error. As a gesture of goodwill, we will send you a much more expensive original Sony remote control — model RMT-TX520E — free of charge. The original is always the best option in terms of build quality and reliability.

You don’t need to return the first remote control — please keep it as a backup unit. It works perfectly with your TV as well; it just doesn’t include the Voice (Bluetooth) function.
