Great customer service and delivery.

Had to call customer service as I could not believe how easy it was to return a slightly too small size pair of shoes. Turned out it was quite easy. They even supply you with instructions to reseal the bag and a shipping label.
Other companies should take note.

Super service from the customer representative I spoke to, and it was indeed - very easy to return the shoes and then order a new pair one size up.
