Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service! I bought a replacement remote for my old Bose remote that, my now, 13 year old had a hand in busting when he was 6. It’s worked all these years but some of the buttons did not work well. I did some research online and came across Remote Control. I ordered the replacement remote and had troubles making it work. I reached out to them and they were absolutely fantastic in their replies to me, explaining each step with detail. They helped me out over several back and forth emails with such patience and I niw have a functioning replacement remote. I live in Canada and was emailing a company in Europe and in today’s world, where customer service is everything, it was such a wonderful and pleasing experience to receive the level of customer service I did. I highly recommend them for your needs.
