Made to feel like you are a liar…

Appalling customer service you almost feel like you are be called a liar the car has been in twice and they refused to give me anywhere to send the videos of the fault to. the head office also haven't yet responded and sandicliffe just said keep an eye on it well guess what the same night i used the charger it was exactly the same so its pointless even talking to them. And one member of staff definitely has a problem with certain types of customer
