You can read on reddit and other forums about "pig butchering" scams and the like. BEWARE! Read about it!
ETHERMAC was set up by one of these quite sophisticated types of scam operations, evidenced by their software (quite well developed as long as you don't try to claim any earnings and similar to other such scams by others), interesting guidance, and policies.
BUT: You will never be able to get your money back, nor to withdraw anything you win or make thru their investing advice.
The ETHERMAC Customer Service is a huge scam - they will waste your time plus offer new obstacles at every turn. There are many inventive ways they will try to use to get you to add new money into the ETHERMAC acct. You would be wise NOT to do so. The supposed earnings they show can be quite impressive. BUT it is all phony. They just want you to enter more funds, and they will refuse to give anything of substance back. With thousands showing in my assets, and depositing some limited new funds, in the end I could not get back even a dollar.
