Communication

My first point of contact was Annie, very professional and helpful. The demo session was really useful and the tutor was really patient and understanding. I then decided to use them but since signing up , I was told to expect a call to discuss timetable etc and was also given contact details if no one calls. Thats exactly what happen, since I paid for the session , I received an email but no calls. I had to call after 4 days to discuss timetable which was set up immediately but with no apologies. Only had 1 session so far , would have loved a feedback from the tutor at the end of session but she just ended the lesson without asking for his parents. I am hoping all of this can be resolved going forward and that we will achieve our goals in the end as the lessons are really good and child centered.

Hi,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We're delighted to hear that Annie made a strong first impression and that your demo session felt supportive and child-focused—this is exactly the kind of environment we strive to create.

We’re truly sorry to hear that the follow-up process didn’t meet expectations. Timely communication is a priority for us, and we regret that you had to chase up the timetable without receiving an initial call or an apology. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re reviewing our onboarding procedures to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Regarding the first session, we understand how important it is for parents to receive feedback and feel involved. We’ve shared your comments with the tutor team to reinforce the importance of closing each lesson with a brief update or opportunity for discussion.

We’re committed to making things right and supporting your child’s learning journey every step of the way. Thank you again for your thoughtful review—we’re hopeful that, moving forward, your experience will reflect the high standards we aim to uphold.

Kind regards
L4T
