I waited over 6 days for an order. If I hadn’t called about its whereabouts I would have still been waiting for it. No proactive contact was made. When I spoke with Hannah she was very nice and sorted it out for me. Said it would arrive next day, but it was the day after that it arrived. I did speak to another girl and she was equally very nice. I can’t fault the staff, but I can say Buzz catering procedures need tightening up, to be more focussed on delivering for the customer.
