Left on street after overbooking
We were left on the street in NYC with an overbooking, no advance notice.
We arrived at the hotel, got told our reservation was canceled. Customer service told us they would relocate us within 1-3 hours. After more than 4h of waiting (and 1h lost in the waiting line on the phone to reach an agent), still no relocation offered. We were offered to - guess - continue to wait until they will propose us options. It was 9 pm by that time. We booked alternative accommodation at high price by ourselves.
Will not use it again! No ethics
