Terrible service, unreliable goods
I bought a built-in oven for my elderly mother which was installed in September 2024. This oven stopped working in July of this year (2025). Beko sent an engineer round as it was within warranty. The man was friendly but complained that Beko & Hotpoint are now the same company & he doesn’t know how they work now. Despite this he ordered a new part for the oven. I waited a fortnight for the part which was out of stock but it didn’t come into stock. So I phoned Beko for an update & was told the part wouldn’t be in stock until September so they’d replace the oven. Two further phone calls & promises & nothing more has happened. I’m still waiting for this to be resolved whilst my 85-year-old mother is living from a microwave. I’m staggered by the lack of urgency & general incompetency of this company. I was warned not to buy a Beko product prior to this, I wish I’d taken the advice. Never again.
