We're very sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced. After investigating your case (Order No. 521552), it appears there was an issue with the original shipment—GLS either lost the package before it reached their hub, or it was mistakenly routed via a different courier.
We’ve since re-shipped your order with UPS Express at our expense, and the package is now on its way via air shipping, expected to arrive within one business day.
We would also like to mention that our customer support is available 6 days a week via live chat, from 9:00 a.m to 9:00p.m, and we respond to most inquiries within few minutes. During the holiday period we were a few days behind on emails, which we regret.
