Brilliant customer service team

Brilliant customer service team.
We moved to Octopus in December when we moved home and then had a smart meter fitted in June. The gentleman than came out was very polite and explained how it all works. We found the smart meter didn’t sync up after the 2 weeks and reached out to Octopus Leeanne helped with trying different ways to getting it resolved and was very quick with coming back to us. I have loved being able to see how much we are using and what that costs the app is easy to work around.
