EasyControl connectivity

I had a connectivity problem with my EasyControl, it just wasn’t connecting to the app on my phone. I had several calls with the tech helpline, but were unable to resolve the issue over the phone. Jake.d was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and wouldn’t give up! Eventually swapped out the unit with another after an engineer visit, and now everything is sorted. Darren the engineer was again very pleasant and helpful, and ensured I was fully happy before leaving. Top service from everyone!
