NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE,
I recenly sent money to the Philippines using PAYSEND. It was crap! They list NUMEROUS PAYOUT AGENTS THEY DO NOT HAVE! 👈
The large network of LBC stations, and PALAWAN PAWNSHOPS are CLAIMED by Paysend as agents, but this NOT TRUE. BOTH DO NOT RECOGNIZE TRANSFERS from PaySend, and report they do NOT work with Paysend.
The recipient had to spend over an hour going from place to place before finally finding an agent who works with Paysend.
It was time consuming, embarrassing and frustrating. WHY they misrepresent their payout network is obvious. But it is a stupid policy, and creates a NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. 👈
