Totally amateur service

I sent an ebay parcel 6 weeks ago, it's still not been delivered, no updates since 21/3/25, noway to speak to anyone, just machines. I am over £50 out of pocket, as I had to refund my buyer, haven't had my parcel returned. Evri have been trying to deliver it to a Post office in Bolton, where as I'm in Southampton. Totally amateur service, avoid at all cost.
Update, I was contacted by Evri, asking me to contact their customer service dept. All iIget is a bot that tells me the parcel is being delivered, This delivery is now in it's 9th week, I could have walked it to the customer far quicker!!!
