Bottle didn't work.didnt realise they…

Bottle didn't work.didnt realise they expired quickly.couldnt read expiry date blurry.customer service was OK. Sent another bottle.and promised another refill but were out of stock

As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we responded right away, sending a replacement bottle and offering additional free refills to make up for the inconvenience. While we are unfortunately out of stock currently, we’ll be sure to send those refills your way as soon as they’re available again.

We also appreciate your comment about the expiry date. We're actively working on making the labels clearer and more readable so that future customers don’t face the same issue.
