Order never arrived. A shame as Thortful used to be just fine.
Update 03/04/25 So it still has not arrived and is probably lost somewhere. Thortful sadly didn't offer a refund but gave a voucher for a future purchase. Really not my preferred outcome but at least they responded to the problem.

We're so sorry your card hasn't arrived. Most of our standard cards are sent via First Class post, which is an estimated next day service but they do admit a small number of items can take a little longer to arrive. We can only apologise for this.
We do our best to ensure that all orders are sent out as promptly as possible in order to give them the best chance of arriving in time, but sadly a small handful can still be impacted by delays in the postal system. We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused here.
