Notified by Ideal of planned day of engineer visit and then updated by text of initial contact to inform me of arrival time. A telephone call from the engineer on the morning of his visit provided an approximate arrival time which was spot on. Friendly & personable engineer carried out the repair in an efficient & timely manner. All round, a great service from start to finish.
