Excellent! Before I ordered, I had questions, which the RCW staff answered by email within 10 minutes. After I ordered, RCW returned my repaired item within 2-3 working days (along with a complimentary gift). All very, very personal. Other online vendors should take lessons from these people. My highest recommendation.
