After waiting over 2weeks for my remote…

After waiting over 2weeks for my remote with emails in between from remote world apologising for the delay, well it arrived cracked and broken, I sent a photo and again a lot of apologies back from them. They said they’d sent me a new one and refund me in full. Well on the 3rd day after that email my new remote just arrived 15 mins ago, and I’ve just tried it on my telly and it works.
I really want to thank remote world for their great customer service as they kept in contact all the time and true to their word.
