Could not recommend.
Two stars simply because the rep we had was lovely, though seemed very inexperienced. The service compared to agencies we had used before (Rettie and Remax) was very poor. Not a proactive approach to selling, the others. provided much better value for money and worked hard for us. Post sale the branch manager sent a very unprofessional email to our solicitor and copied me in. I believe an apology was issued but I wasn't copied on that! I'll not use Yopa again.
