Paying hire charge for someone else to collect on your behalf - fotget it this company doesn't allow that

Having wrestled the ordering system into submission I finally pressed pay and got email confirmation back swiftly. All good - NO!!! I had carefully completed the order with myself as payee and my contractor's address and details for collection. No good!! I have to collect it myself. I cancelled the order immediately. I'm told on phone will take 5 days. I can't be the only private customer trying to get work done by contractors who need kit hiring on their behalf. Sort the website out Brandon so at least we don't spend an hour wasting our time working out your 'rules' and you have the pleasure of my money in your bank account for a week!
