Updating my complaint from earlier. They paid my money out this morning. Glad that's taken care of!

Update: I had $5.86 in my account after redeeming and that is now gone. I have screenshot proof of it being there.

Update as of 02/04/2025: Still no response from Punt and their help number also doesn't work lol super sketchy company, do not spend money here.
