I was sold an S24 over the phone and was NOT happy with things. I wrote YOUSEE and complained that stuff I asked about on the new phone was misrepresented by the seller. I can see MANY people are unhappy with YouSee and I was about to become one them. But, to be fair, and since I had transferred data/apps/contacts to the S24, I decided to go to the YouSee shop in Roskilde, to see if they could fix the issues I had with the phone. I was lucky enough to bump into Lucas, who gave me really top service, and fixed all the problems. He used the time, found out how to fix the issues, and did so! So, if in Roskilde, definitely ask for Lucas. Competent service. He saved the day; I kept the phone and the abonnement, and all is good again!! This is a lesson to both me and YouSee, first not to rush to judgment and two, quality employees brand a company far better than sales campaigns and advertising rhetoric!! Quality employees and real training mean a lot. Lucas kept the sale of the S24 alive (that another employee screwed up and misrepresented!!) as well as the subscription, where YouSee makes it's money! So, a happy ending because of one solid employee!! 🎯
