In the end, i was able to pair and activate all the new remote controls. I would recommend to specify clearly in the instructions that some remotes need to be paired also with the control unit of the main device (gate or other). In the current instructions this is not clear, and it may make people give up, which would indeed be a pity, as the product is so good.
