Missing item from my order
Missing item from my order , messaged via their online contact form three times over the past week and still not had any response . The method of trying to contact them is not great, only option is via their online form.
It’s a shame as the items that have come are lovely but the most expensive item (and most wanted) has not come with the other items and the customer service has really let them down now .
Contacted them through social media aswell and got a response but over a week now and again no response .
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Terrible customer service
