Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, emailed and rang regarding 3 doors we purchased plus handles. Someone answered and was told they would call our joiner back since Monday, but never did. been trying to contact them all week. We’ve spent £515, and definitely won’t be purchasing again.

Told they would call us back and never did. And no on ever answers the phone.
