I rang Octopus Helpline today and was answered very quickly by Imogen C.
She was polite and she listened to my concerns over IHD readings and my new Intelligent Go tariff. She quickly put my mind at ease and forwarded an updated bill, which clarified the situation and now I am totally satisfied with the actual cost of my electricity usage.
