They picked us up at the airport and we visited the pyramids and sphinx with lunch buffet included (the drinks we’re not included). The driver was always very available and the guide was very friendly and communicative. He spoke fluently in Spanish and English.
If you choose to take a horse or camel ride around the pyramids (I recommend it as it is too hot to walk) book it directly with the agency , avoiding extra fees or huge tips in the pyramids.
