Our salesman Richard was extremely helpful, he had good product knowledge and let us have the product at the marked up reduced price even though the offer had finished. Also pleased to see there is a 20 year structural guarantee. The only down side was out of his control and that it the extortionate delivery charge of £80 for 2 stools.
